5. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your region. We’ll send you tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
7. How long do I have to return an item? You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
8. What items are eligible for return? All FitMuse activewear including leggings, sports bras, hoodies, and sweatpants can be returned. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.

10. Who pays for return shipping? For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we'll cover the return shipping.
11. How long until I receive my refund? Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
